These Terms govern the use of the BuddyKart Platform along with our Privacy Policy and other related policies. By using BuddyKart, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are an electronic record as per the Information Technology Act, 2000. No physical or digital signatures are required.

What is BuddyKart and who operates it?

BuddyKart is an online marketplace where registered sellers can offer their products to registered users, including resellers. The platform is operated by BuddyKart Technologies Private Limited (“BuddyKart”).

When are these Terms applicable?

These Terms apply as soon as the user installs, accesses, or interacts with the BuddyKart website or application.

Can these Terms be modified?

BuddyKart may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance of updated terms.

Users must register an account to use BuddyKart. Accounts are non-transferable and only users aged 18+ can register.

BuddyKart may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms, provide inaccurate information, engage in fraudulent activities, or behave unlawfully.

Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their login details and for all actions occurring under their BuddyKart account.

BuddyKart facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not own or sell the products listed by sellers.

Payments collected by BuddyKart are received on behalf of sellers. BuddyKart is not a bank or financial institution.

Taxes on products are determined by the seller. BuddyKart does not take responsibility for tax compliance of sellers.

BuddyKart strives to keep the platform operational 24/7 but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Users must not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, or misleading content.

Unauthorized access, hacking attempts, or misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited.

Product information is provided by sellers. BuddyKart does not guarantee accuracy and is not responsible for errors.

Some information may be outdated or incomplete. Users should verify details independently before relying on them.

BuddyKart will never ask for passwords, OTPs, or confidential information. Beware of fraudulent callers.

User data is collected and processed as per the BuddyKart Privacy Policy.

Third-party tools or links used on BuddyKart are accessed at user’s own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts in Bangalore.
